Directors are the fiduciaries of the Association who steer the organization towards a sustainable future by adopting sound, ethical, and legal governance and financial management policies, as well as by making sure the Association has adequate resources to advance its mission of serving Stuyvesant, its students, and its alumni.

Board Meetings are open to alumni-only observers.
The schedule for the 2024-2025 term is:

- May 7, 2025
- June 18, 2025 (Annual General Meeting)
All meetings will take place virtually via Zoom, unless otherwise noted. The Zoom link will be shared with you after you RSVP in advance of the respective meeting.
If you would like to attend a Board Meeting, please RSVP via this Google form and we will send you instructions on how to attend the meeting closer to the date.
