For the 5th, 10th, 20th, or 50th Reunion:
- We will electronically survey your class to see what your classmates want for their event.
- We will help your committee create a budget, which includes the event, postage, invitations, staffing for check-in and other costs such as permits and faculty tickets.
- We will help you select a venue.
- We will advance the costs of invitations, postage, permits and your venue’s deposit.
- We will give you our guidebook to successful reunions.
- We will give you contact informatiom for other recent reunion committee members who have volunteered to give you advice.
- We will publicize your reunion via email, US Post and our website.
- We will provide you with our list of your classmates for whom we do not have current email or postal addresses.
- We will set up on-line ticket sales for your event, and process checks for those who do not want to pay online.
- At your event, we will:
- Provide you with staff to check-in guests
- Provide name-tags
- Provide Stuyvesant merchandise for sale.
- Should your class want to a school tour, we will help. Please realize that tours are subject to DOE permit approval and prior scheduling commitments. Additionally, there is a fee associated to open the building outside of regular school days.
- When available, student volunteers can help your reunion committee in finding missing classmates.
