The 2025 Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Stuyvesant High School Alumni Association (“SHSAA” or “the Association”) will be held via Zoom on June 18, 2025. The primary purpose of this SHSAA Annual meeting will be to announce the election results of the Board of Directors whose terms are to commence July 1, 2025.

All are welcome to attend the virtual Annual General Meeting, but in order to submit a ballot, you must be a dues-paying member to vote. If you would like to renew your membership today please do so below:

We will not be conducting any in-person voting at the AGM this year. For your convenience, and in order to assure a quorum at SHSAA’s Annual General Meeting, we are using electronic proxy voting. The process will take 1-2 minutes. Full details may be found below.

We will not be conducting any in-person voting at the AGM this year. However, you can submit your electronic ballot via this form by Sunday, June 15. Please note that you must (a) be a Dues-paying or Lifetime Member and (b) have registered for our portal, MyStuy, to submit your electronic proxy.
