Frank McCourt x Stuy Caliper Alumni Panel – November 2026

Overview
Stuyvesant Alumni and friends are invited to attend our Frank McCourt x Stuy Caliper Alumni Panel, to be held on Thursday, November 19 from 5:30PM to 8:00PM at Stuyvesant High School, 345 Chambers St, New York, NY 10282.
This evening celebrates the legacy of Frank McCourt, who taught roughly 5,000 students at Stuyvesant from 1972 to 1987 and changed the lives of many of them.
The panel will look at how his memoirs portray Stuyvesant, the new essay collection Sez I to Myself, and the 30th anniversary of Angela’s Ashes. It will also explore how McCourt shaped his students’ lives, and how they shaped his.
We are glad to welcome his former students, current students, and younger alumni to celebrate his inspiring legacy.
Please note, this event requires a ticket. Your registration confirmation will serve as your ticket.
