Elina Tetelbaum is a partner in the Corporate Department at Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz, where she focuses on mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance and securities laws matters. She completed her undergraduate degree at Harvard College and obtained her JD from Yale Law School, where she was a Paul & Daisy Soros Fellow and served as editor-in-chief of the Yale Journal on Regulation and editor of the Yale Law Journal. After law school, Ms. Tetelbaum served as a law clerk on the Ninth Circuit. She is also the secretary of the First Generation Harvard Alumni, and has previously served as the secretary of the NYC Bar Association’s corporation law committee and the president of The Seneca, Inc., a non-profit organization that supports women at Harvard College. At SHSAA, she serves as Co-Chair of the Governance Committee. She feels she still has a difference to make at the Alumni Association and wants to continue to help streamline the organization.
