David Gelobter attended Stuyvesant High School, Williams College, and Harvard Business School. He has worked in finance for over 30 years and is very involved in community and civic issues around New York. His son is currently in his freshman year at Stuy. Over the last year, David has worked with the StuyPrep program to make it more accessible to middle school students, and to make the experience of the Stuyvesant student tutors more valuable. He would like to maintain the culture of excellence and continue working with the students to give back to the city.
