About This Scholarship
This scholarship is funded by Neil Holbert ’48 and his wife Barbara. Neil is an expert in marketing research and has taught in ten countries and written several books on the strategic application of marketing research, branding, and international business strategy. This award of $500 is given to a single student who exhibits academic excellence, an interest in serving the community, an interest in the practical application of academic, good moral integrity, and financial need.
Applicant Criteria
- Candidate must be a graduating senior from Stuyvesant High School.
- Candidate must demonstrate financial need.
- Candidate must demonstrate academic merit.
- Candidate must demonstrate self-awareness and usefulness to the world outside.
