The 2020 Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Stuyvesant High School Alumni Association, Inc. (“SHSAA” or “the Association”) will be held virtually on June 24, 2020. The primary purpose of this SHSAA Annual meeting will be to announce the election results of the Association Directors whose Board terms are to commence July 1, 2020.

All are welcome to attend the Annual General Meeting, but in order to participate in the election, you must be a dues-paying member at the time of the meeting. If you would like to renew your membership today please do so below:

Due to the impact of COVID-19, we will not be conducting any in person voting at the AGM this year. For your convenience, and in order to assure a quorum at SHSAA’s Annual General Meeting, we are using electronic proxy voting. The process will take 1-2 minutes. Full details may be found below.

(“SHSAA” or “the Association”) will be held virtually on June 24, 2020 at 7 p.m. The primary purpose of this Annual Meeting will be to elect the Association Directors whose Board terms are to commence July 1, 2020.

Due to the impact of COVID-19, we will not be conducting any in-person voting at the AGM this year. However, you can submit your electronic ballot via this form by June 21. Please note that you must (1) be a dues-paying member and (2) have registered for our portal, MyStuy, to submit your electronic proxy.
