The 2019 Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Stuyvesant High School Alumni Association, Inc. (“SHSAA” or “the Association”) will be held on 26 June 2019 in New York, NY. The primary purpose of this SHSAA Annual meeting will be to elect the Association Directors whose Board terms are to commence 1 July 2019.

We made several changes in 2018 to the electoral process which now includes annual terms for Board Members and open nominations. Please refer to our updated Bylaws for a full summary. All are welcome to attend the Annual General Meeting, but in order to participate in the election, you must be a dues-paying member at the time of the meeting. For your convenience, and in order to assure a quorum at SHSAA’s Annual General Meeting, we are using electronic proxy voting. All dues-paying members are welcome to vote in person at the meeting, but for those who are unable or would prefer the ease of electronic voting, we kindly request that you designate your proxy to vote your interests today. (“SHSAA” or “the Association”) will be held in person on 26 June 2019 in New York, NY at 7:00pm. The primary purpose of this Annual Meeting will be to elect the Association Directors whose Board terms are to commence 1 July 2019.

Election of the 2019 SHSAA Directors

At the Annual Meeting, dues-paying members will elect each of the Association Directors whose Board terms are to begin this upcoming fiscal year. Below is the slate of Director Nominees recommended by the Board’s Nomination Committee, to stand for election as SHSAA Directors commencing on 1 July 2019.
