The Annual General Meeting of Stuyvesant High School Alumni Association, Inc. (“SHSAA” or “the Association”) will be held on 27 June 2018 in New York, NY. The primary purpose of this SHSAA Annual meeting will be to elect the Association Directors whose Board terms are to commence 1 July 2018.

We have made several changes to the electoral process which include annual terms for Board Members and open nominations. Please refer to our updated Bylaws for a full summary.

All are welcome to attend the Annual General Meeting, but in order to participate in the election, you must be a dues-paying member at the time of the meeting. If you would like to renew your membership today please do so below:

For your convenience, and in order to assure a quorum at SHSAA’s Annual General Meeting, we are using electronic proxy voting. All dues-paying members are welcome to vote in person at the meeting, but for those who are unable or would prefer the ease of electronic voting,  we kindly request that you designate your proxy to vote your interests today. As stated in this Notice of Annual General Meeting, the Annual General Meeting of Stuyvesant High School Alumni Association, Inc. (“SHSAA” or “the Association”) will be held in person on 27 June 2018 in New York, NY at 7:00pm. The primary purpose of this Annual Meeting will be to elect the Association Directors whose Board terms are to commence 1 July 2018.

Election of the 2018 SHSAA Directors

At the Annual Meeting, dues-paying members will elect each of the Association Directors whose Board terms are to begin this upcoming fiscal year. Below is the slate of Director Nominees recommended by the Board’s Nomination Committee, to stand for election as SHSAA Directors commencing on 1 July 2018.
