Overview
Stuyvesant Alumni from all class years who are thinking about starting a business—or are already in the early stages of one—are invited to a Fireside Chat on Early Stage Funding, featuring a candid conversation between Dan Borok ’95, early stage investor at NVP Capital, and Vishal Garg ’95, Founder & CEO of Better.com.
We are glad to extend this networking opportunity to Stuyvesant alumni, students, and friends. The event will be held on Wednesday, November 12 in-person in the Hudson Square Area at [LOCATION TO BE REVEALED UPON REGISTRATION]. This event is your chance to learn firsthand how successful founders raise capital, navigate the challenges of building a company, and form meaningful connections with investors, mentors, and fellow innovators. Come gain practical insights, make valuable connections, and explore opportunities to meet potential collaborators, partners, or future team members.
The evening will also include dedicated time for networking, giving you the chance to connect with like-minded Stuy Alumni and expand your entrepreneurial network in a relaxed setting.
Whether you’re just exploring the idea of starting a business or actively building one, this fireside chat will provide actionable advice, inspiration, and access to a community of Stuy alumni shaping the future of entrepreneurship.
